Steps & Heart Rate

At last nights session, the minute I handed out 4 yellow vests vs 5 white a latecomer arrived. So what was deliberately chosen as the strongest side of 4 plus 1 was allowed to stand to provide the stiffest competition to the others as a measure of their prowess.
The whites were in no way outplayed. A combination of keeping the ball, strong tackling & team spirit made it difficult for the yellows to break through. At the end it was about 8 - 6 to the yellows.
I think this clearly shows the progress people have made over the past few months.
An hours worth of steps is over 5,000 according to the Fitbit, which at 29 inches per step is only 2.25 miles. Heres the printout

Max heart was 128, you can see how the pace increased towards the end in attempt to seal a greater victory. 462 calories it calculates.
The British Heart Foundation recommends a maximum heart rate based on age of : 220 less your age.

Record Turnout

Double-tap to edit.
Record turnout of 14 for last nights session. A welcome back to 'Running Dave' and his grandson after a long lay-off.
7-a-side made it very crowded but there was some controlled short interpassing during a close fought game. We really didn't need the overhead heaters on full blast.
For the record, White defeated Yellow, 9 or 10 to 6 or 7.
